BC Buds Garlic Moroccan Stuffed leg of lamb. Marinate your lamb using 1 finely grated onion, juice and jest of a lemon, 3 tbsp oil and BC Buds Garlic Moroccan Dinner Pack. Refrigerate for two hours or overnight. In a bowl add 3/4 cups panko bread crumbs, 3/4 cup buttermilk, 3 tbsp parsley. Spread evenly over your leg of lamb. Add 8 to 10 slices of prosciutto and provolone cheese layer over the bread crumb mixture. Roll the leg of lamb like a jelly roll using kitchen twine to tie in a number of places. In a hot roasting pan sear the lamb on both sides. Add two cups of beef broth and cook until desired wellness.
