The first three ingredients in this pack is garlic, tomatoes and red pepper that all have been grown in the Okanagan. We dehydrate them until they become a powder.
Using our BC Buds Garlic Sloppy Joes pack we made meatballs that were so good they became known as marvellous meatballs. Taking some of BC Buds Garlic Butter Chicken pack we made a sauce with coconut milk, chicken broth, lemon grass and ginger for those marvellous meatballs.
